Return & refund policy
All of the MALEZA hats are made to a very high standard and we hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, do not hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to help you.
MALEZA hatmakers has a strict no refund policy. Items may only be returned for exchange or store credit, except for those made to order, customized or hats that were bought with a discount.
Return shipments must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
All returns must be authorized by MALEZA hatmakers prior to sending the merchandise back. Simply email us at hola@malezahatmakers.com.
The goods must be in perfect condition: free from wear, stains, marks, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Boxes cannot be damaged or altered in any way and cannot be used as the external parcel for the shipment. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as any incurred tax and import charges. The package must be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, we are not responsible for lost packages. Exchanged items will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
